The Stats: Sharpshooter Benzema help Madrid beat Alaves

Real Madrid beat visiting Alaves on Saturday in the La Liga, winning 4-1 (0-0).

Alaves reduced the score to 1-3 just three minutes later when Joselu scored. However, Alaves were unable to make more of an impression.

The 1-4 goal came in the 90th minute, when Vinicius Junior scored a goal for Real Madrid, with an assist by David Alaba. This brought the final score to 4-1.

Alaves play Mallorca at home on Saturday. Madrid will face Levante away on Sunday.
