The team also increased their lead to 2-0, when Omar Beckles scored, in the 25th minute.
Leyton Orient found the net once more, this time through Theo Archibald, who scored in the 77th minute. This brought the final score to 3-0.
Leyton Orient are set to face Harrogate at Brisbane Road, while Exeter face Barrow. Both games are scheduled for Tuesday.
